Good Carbs vs Bad Carbs, Whats the Real Difference

Seriously, Good Carbs vs Bad Carbs what is the difference? Well there is a lot of difference if you are still trying to burn off that extra belly fat.
the most common bad carbs are
white breads
pastas
sugarery cereals
bagels and muffins
and basically anything made with enriched flour.
You really have to read the labels now adays because even the ones that say whole wheat get enriched and therefore are crap for you.
Plus, besides promoting fat storage the can make you even more hungry!!!

But I will tell you this, when my family switched to whole grain foods like pasta and bread even the kids liked it.
